View Documents for a Building

There are instances when important building documents need to be shared with our Service Providers. Some examples include Plans and asbestos reports, among others.

When important documents have been added to a building in the Jobs Portal, a Service Provider who has a Job in that building can easily view them by signing in to the portal.

This article discusses the two ways to view building documents on the portal.

View Through the Jobs page

1. Select the Job

2. On the Work Summary page, click 'Important Building Documents' 

3. Click the File Name link to download the file

4. View the Document

View Through the Purchase Order or Quote Request PDF

1. Go to Shared/Important Building Documents

2. Select 'View More Documents'



3.  Clicking the link will navigate to the Contractor page

4. View the Document without having to sign in to the portal
