With Hot Filters, Service Providers can efficiently manage their workload and determine which Jobs require immediate attention. Hot Filters can be found on the Jobs page above the list of Jobs.
Blue for 'Assigned Jobs'
The blue button shows the number of assigned Jobs in a Service Provider's queue.
Orange for 'Quote Requested'
The orange button shows the number of Jobs that require a Quote to be submitted to Strata or Building Managers and Committee Members for approval.
Light Red for 'Timed Out'
The light red button shows the number of Jobs that have not been worked on within the past 72 hours.
Red for 'Quote, Invoice or Variance Rejected, Awaiting Quote Adjustment'
The red button shows the number of Jobs where the Quote, Invoice or Variance submitted was rejected.
Bright Green for New Messages
The bright green button shows the number of unread Messages sent from Strata or Building Managers through the Message feature.
Light Grey for 'Awaiting Committee Approval'
The light grey button shows the number of Jobs where Quotes have been sent to the Committee and are awaiting their approval.
Dark Red for 'Declined Jobs'
The dark red button shows the number of Jobs that have been declined by the Service Provider. Clicking this button will show the filtered list of these jobs.
Service Providers can click any Hot Filter to go to the list of Jobs with the status indicated by the color of the button.
