Service Providers must have details for a Site Contact to book an Inspection, schedule time to complete maintenance work or gain access to a property.

Site Contact details include Email, Phone Number and the Unit and Lot number for the property.

Site Contact details help Service Providers get access to a building for maintenance work or inspection. This contact information is particularly useful when there are different Site Contacts for a property that they need to get in touch with.
