In the Jobs Portal, Service Providers can write and keep track of any notes made for a Job. Service Providers have the option for these notes to be private or public.
1. Sign in to the portal
2. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
3. Select the Job
4. Click the '+' button to open Notes
1. Enter a Note into the text box
2. Click 'Browse to upload' to add any images, videos or files
Note: Files can also be added by dragging and dropping them
3. Select the 'Type' of Note, either 'Internal' or 'Public Page'
- 'Internal' notes will remain private
- 'Public Page' notes will appear on the Work Summary page of a Job (visible to Strata Managers and Committee Members and not visible to other Service Providers)
