After progress has been made on a Job or Quote Request, Service Providers should schedule an Inspection for the property.
Request an Inspection
1. Sign in to the portal
2. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
3. Select the Job
4. Click 'Assign' to assign a team member to the Job
5. Click the 'Inspection' button
6. Contact the Site Contacts and confirm a time to meet
7. Add the Date and Time for the Inspection
8. Include any Notes
9. Click the checkbox to confirm 'I have contacted the site preferred contact and confirmed the above time for inspection'
10. Select 'Save'
The confirmed Date and Time of the Inspection along with the contact details for the assigned Service Provider will be shared with the building contacts.
