Service Providers may be asked to submit a Quote by a Strata Manager assigned to a Job. When a Service Provider receives a Quote Request, they should respond promptly to show their interest and remain competitive with other Service Providers contacted.
If needed Service Providers can make an appointment with the Site and Building Contacts listed under the 'Contact Details' and 'Building Contacts' tabs. They can call or email the building contact and confirm the time and enter the scheduled date through the 'Inspection' button. Complete the form so that the appointment is registered in the portal and all contacts will be notified.
If the Service Provider isn't interested or available for the Job, they can decide not to submit a Quote.
Service Providers can submit a Quote on the Work Summary page for a Job. Click the
'Attach Quote' button and complete the form. Service Providers should give their best price for the scope of work. Then click 'Save' to send the Quote to the Strata Manager for review.
If the Strata Manager accepts the Quote, the Service Provider will receive an email notification letting them know that the Job has been assigned to them.
If the Strata Manager rejects the Quote, the Service Provider will receive an email notification letting them know why the Quote was rejected and that they may submit an updated Quote.

What to do if a Quote Is Accepted
Service Providers can see all of the details for a Job on the Work Summary page. If, after reviewing the information, the Service Provider still has questions, they should contact the Strata Manager using the Message Icon.
After any questions are answered, the Service Provider should schedule work by clicking the 'Schedule Work' button on the Work Summary page. If a Service Provider has scheduled work, they will need to reach out to the Building Contact to confirm the time to meet onsite.
Site and Building Contacts should be listed under the 'Contact Details' and 'Building Contacts' tabs.
Call or email the Building Contact to confirm the time of the Inspection then select the 'Inspection' button to update the Jobs Portal. All contacts will be notified of the update.
