It's important that Service Providers keep in touch with and update Strata Managers about their assigned jobs. Service Providers can instantly contact the Strata Manager about a Work or Quote Request using Messages.
Adding a Message
1. Go to the Work Summary page
2. Click the Message Icon
3. Write a Message
4. Attach images or files relevant to the Job
5. Click 'Send'
The Jobs Portal will notify the Strata Manager that there's a Message and they will respond in the Messages Centre. Service Providers will receive a Notification of the response by email and can reply directly to the Message.
Service Providers and Strata Managers should check for Messages when completing Work and Quote Requests. This information will be stored in the Jobs Portal and will not be deleted.
Service Providers may choose to contact the Strata Manager for a particular Job using the Contact Details on the Job page. The phone number or email address of the Manager will be listed.
Checking a Message
The Message Icon will appear green with a number if there is a new message.
If there are no messages, the Message Icon will appear blue.
Service Providers may choose to contact an Owner or Building Contact directly by accessing their phone and email address on the Work Summary page.
