Sky allows Strata Managers to find connected building information and Important Documents using natural language. A building can be identified using a Plan Number, street address or building name before related information is retrieved.

Finding a Building
A Strata Manager can ask Sky to locate a building using its Plan Number, address or building name.
For example:
“Find Plan 4444.”
“Find the building at 25 Example Street, Sydney.”
If multiple buildings match the information provided, Sky can ask the Strata Manager to select the correct building.
After a building has been identified, follow-up questions can be entered without repeating the building information during the same conversation.
Building Information
Sky can retrieve connected information associated with the selected building.
Depending on the organisation's connected services and permissions, information can include:
- Insurance policies and coverage
- Committee and corporation information
- Fee and contract registers
- Compliance registers
- Meeting configuration and register information
- Contacts
- Lots
- Budgets
- Other connected building information
For example:
“What insurance cover does Plan 4444 currently have?”
“Show me the compliance information for this building.”
“What are the contact details for the Secretary of 4444?”
“Who is the owner of Lot 2 at Plan 4444?”
Financial Information
Sky can retrieve connected financial information about a building or lot.
For example:
“When is the levy for Lot 2 in 4444 due?”
“What is the current levy balance for Lot 2 in 4444?”
“Which owners from 4444 have overdue levies?”
“When is the insurance due for 4444?”
“When is the agency agreement up for renewal for 4444?”
“What is the financial status for Lot 2 in 4444?”
The information returned depends on the information available through the organisation's connected services and the Strata Manager's permissions.
Important Documents
Sky can search Important Documents assigned to a building. This provides a quick way to locate commonly referenced building information without manually searching through folders or document registers.
Important Documents can include:
- By-Laws
- Certificate of Currency
- Moving In and Out Procedures
- Pet Application
- Plan documents
For example:
“Find the current Certificate of Currency for Plan 4444.”
“Find the Pet Application form for Plan 4444.”
“Show me the documents for Hudson Court.”
A Plan Number or building address should be included when the request relates to a particular building.
Document Questions and Summaries
Sky can answer questions using information available within Important Documents.
For example:
“What do the By-Laws say about pets for Plan 4444?”
“What is the moving-in and moving-out procedure for Plan 4444?”
“Summarise the key points in the Asbestos Report for 2222.”
A Strata Manager can also ask Sky to locate a document associated with a particular topic.
For example:
“Fetch the document related to pets.”
Where the relevant information is available, questions can also be asked about document details.
For example:
“When were the By-Laws for Plan 4444 last updated?”
Important Document knowledge is separated by organisation. Sky doesn't search another organisation's document knowledge when responding to a request.
Note: Source documents should be reviewed before relying on Sky's response for legal, financial, safety or compliance decisions.
Graphs and Visual Summaries
When Sky returns suitable numeric or categorical building information, a Strata Manager can ask for the results to be presented as a graph.
For example:
“Create a graph showing the overdue levy results by building.”
A graph can also be requested as a follow-up:
“Create a graph from these results.”
Example Prompts
Examples include:
- “Find Plan 4444”
- “Show me the insurance information for Plan 4444”
- “When is the insurance due for 99 Example Street?”
- “Which owners from 4444 have overdue levies?”
- “Who is the owner of Lot 2 at Plan 4444?”
- “I'd like to see the By-Laws document for 4444”
- “Show me the documents for Hudson Court”
- “Summarise the key points in the Asbestos Report for 2222”

After a building has been identified, a Strata Manager can continue asking questions about its connected information and documents without repeating the building details during the same conversation.
Strata Managers should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
