Add Quick Access Links and Documents to Building Services

Strata Managers can customise the 'Building Services' menu to feature important links or documents for a Building they manage.

Quick access links allow Building Contacts to access useful services directly from the Building Profile.

Add Quick Access Links and Documents to Building Services 

On the right-hand side of the Building Profile page, scroll down to 'Building Services'.

Under 'Building Services', Strata Managers can manage the most important information and documents for their properties, including links to forms needed by owners. 

To add a new link or document, click the plus (+) icon and choose either Document or Link.

When adding a document, simply upload the file and enter a Display Name.

When adding a link or URL, paste the URL in the appropriate field and provide a Display Name.

These additions will create convenient shortcuts on the building page, making them easily accessible and downloadable by users.

All linked files and URLs will appear under the 'Building Services' section for quick reference.
