Sky allows Strata Managers to retrieve and summarise operational information about Jobs, Tasks and Meetings. Sky can help identify work requiring attention, locate particular records and review information associated with a building or Manager.

Jobs
A Strata Manager can ask Sky to find Jobs using information such as a building, Job status, Service Provider, Manager or date range.
For example:
“Show me the active Jobs for 23 Love Street.”
“Which Jobs require my attention?”
“Where is Job 4766 up to?”
“How many Jobs has Pauls Plumbing completed this month?”
“Who is assigned to complete Job 4687?”
Sky can also retrieve Jobs associated with a particular Service Provider or Manager.
For example:
“Show me all the active Jobs for O'Brien Glass.”
“How many Jobs did John Smith raise this week?”
For large result sets, Sky may provide a summary and the most relevant or recent items instead of displaying every record.
Tasks
A Strata Manager can ask Sky to find Tasks by due date, Task status, Manager or building.
For example:
“What Tasks are due today?”
“How many Tasks are overdue?”
“What Tasks are assigned to John Smith?”
“Provide a list of Tasks to focus on for Hudson Court.”
“What Tasks do I have for 4444?”
Sky can also retrieve information about a particular task.
For example:
“When is the task for updating the committee due?”
Meetings
Sky can retrieve connected Meeting information using natural language.
For example:
“What Meetings do I have next month?”
“When is the next Annual General Meeting for Plan 4444?”
“Which motions are on the agenda for the Committee Meeting for 4444?”
“Which Meetings require my attention?”
A building, Meeting type or date range can be included to narrow the results.
Meeting Voting
Where voting information is available, Sky can assist with questions about Meeting voting and results.
For example:
“How many owners have completed pre-voting for the AGM for Plan 4444?”
“Summarise the voting results from the last Meeting.”
The information available depends on the Meeting information and permissions available to Sky.
Graphs and Visual Summaries
Suitable Job and Task results can be presented as graphs.
For example:
“Create a graph showing current Jobs by status.”
“Create a graph showing my Tasks by status.”
A graph can also be requested after Sky returns suitable results.
Note: Available Job, Task, Meeting and action-based capabilities depend on the features and permissions configured for the organisation.
