When Microsoft Outlook is connected to the organisation, Strata Managers can use Sky to search emails, review correspondence and access calendar information. Where enabled, Sky can also assist with drafting, replying to and sending emails.

Searching Outlook Email
A Strata Manager can search Outlook using information such as a sender, building, subject or date range.
For example:
“Summarise my inbox today.”
“What emails did I receive from Anna K last week?”
“Any emails about Plan 4444 last month?”
“Are there any recent emails about roof damage?”
“Find the latest email about the lift repair.”
Sky can also help identify correspondence requiring attention.
For example:
“Give me a summary of my unread emails.”
“Are there any urgent emails requiring attention?”
“Has Sarah Smith replied to me about her Pet Application yet?”
Reviewing Correspondence and Attachments
A Strata Manager can ask Sky to summarise correspondence about a particular subject.
For example:
“Summarise the latest emails about the lift issue.”
“Summarise the email thread about the insurance renewal.”
Sky can also locate attachments where the relevant information is available.
For example:
“Find the latest attachment from the insurer.”
“Find the attachment from the insurer about Plan 4444.”
Drafting and Sending Email
Where the capability is enabled, Sky can assist with creating draft emails and replies.
For example:
“Create a draft email to the committee about the insurance renewal.”
“Draft a response to the latest email from Sarah Smith about her Pet Application.”
A Strata Manager can also ask Sky to summarise correspondence before preparing a response.
For example:
“Summarise this email thread and draft a response.”
Where sending email is enabled, Sky can send an email when requested.
For example:
“Send an email to the Service Provider confirming the Meeting time.”
Note: The recipient, facts and wording should be reviewed before an important email is sent. A draft can be created first and refined before sending where this capability is enabled.
Outlook Calendar
Where Outlook Calendar is connected, Sky can retrieve upcoming calendar events and Meeting information.
For example:
“What is in my Outlook calendar today?”
“What Meetings do I have tomorrow?”
“When is my next Meeting with the committee?”
“What does my calendar look like on Friday afternoon?”
“Summarise my calendar for today.”
Outlook Availability
Email and calendar capabilities depend on the organisation's Outlook connection and the permissions available to Sky.
Some actions, including drafting, replying to or sending email, may also depend on the capabilities enabled for the organisation.
If an action isn't available, supported search and information retrieval functions may still be used.
