Sky is an AI assistant that allows Strata Managers to find and work with information available through the organisation’s connected services using natural language. Sky can assist with building information, documents, Jobs, Tasks, Meetings, Outlook email and calendar information.
Strata Managers can ask Sky questions in plain English without needing to learn specific commands.

Getting Started
Sky is designed to work like a conversation. A Strata Manager can enter a question or request that describes the information or outcome required.
To start using Sky:
- Enter the required outcome, such as finding information, reviewing Tasks or searching for an email.
- Include the building address or Plan Number when the request relates to a particular building.
- Answer any clarification questions from Sky.
- Review the response and any available source information.
- Enter a follow-up question when more information is required.
For example:
“Show me the current insurance policy for Plan 4444.”
“Find the latest AGM minutes for 2222.”
“Which Jobs need my attention?”
“Find the latest email about the lift repair.”
Building Context
When a request relates to a building, including the building address or Plan Number helps Sky identify the correct information.
Sky can search for a building using:
- Plan Number
- Street address
- Building name
If more than one building matches the information entered, Sky can ask the Strata Manager to confirm the correct building rather than selecting one automatically.
After the building has been identified, Sky can retain the building context during the conversation. This allows a Strata Manager to continue asking questions about the same building without repeating the building details.
The building context changes when another building is selected or a new session begins.
Note: Including the building in the first request can help Sky return a more relevant result.
Getting Better Results
Strata Managers don't need to enter complicated prompts. Providing relevant context can help Sky return more useful information.
Instead of:
“Insurance?”
Enter:
“Show me the current insurance policy for Plan 4444.”
Instead of:
“Find minutes.”
Enter:
“Find the latest AGM minutes for 2222.”
Instead of:
“What Jobs?”
Enter:
“Which Jobs assigned to me need attention?”
When entering a request:
- Include the building when the request is building-specific
- Describe the required outcome, such as find, summarise, compare, list, explain, draft, send, visualise or graph
- Include relevant identifiers such as a Plan Number, Service Provider, person, date or subject
- Ask follow-up questions to refine an existing conversation
- Tell Sky what information is missing when a response is incomplete
Understanding Sky's Responses
Sky can ask for clarification when a request could relate to multiple buildings, people or records. This helps reduce the risk of information being returned for the wrong building or record.
When Sky requests clarification, provide or select the correct information before continuing.
Where source documents are provided, they can be used to confirm important document-based information.
Sky may summarise large result sets and display the most relevant or recent records instead of displaying every available record.
Dates and times are presented using Australian conventions and Australian Eastern Time where applicable.
Graphs and Visual Summaries
When Sky returns suitable numeric or categorical information, a Strata Manager can ask for the results to be displayed as a graph.
For example:
“Create a graph showing these results by status.”
“Create a graph of the levy arrears results.”
A graph can also be requested as a follow-up after Sky has returned the relevant information.
Feature Availability
Sky can only work with information and capabilities available through the organisation's connected services and permissions.
Some create or action-based capabilities may depend on the organisation's configuration and rollout. If an action isn't available, supported search and information retrieval functions may still be used.
Information available through Important Documents remains scoped to the organisation. Sky doesn't search another organisation's document knowledge when responding to a request.
Sky is a productivity assistant and doesn't replace the organisation's normal review, approval, compliance or operational processes.
Note: Information that may affect legal, financial, safety or compliance decisions should be confirmed against the underlying source information and reviewed according to the organisation's normal processes.
