Service Providers can easily make changes to the user information on their Company Profile. The email on the Company Profile will be the username for the account.
Update User Information
Sign in to the app
Click the circle icon with the company initials on the top left
Go to Settings
Then go to Profile
Click the camera icon to add a logo or a profile image
Enter the new information (name, email address, phone number)
Click 'Save'
Update Contact Details for a Requests
This field shows the contact information available for strata managers and strata plan members to contact the providers company
Click more icon on the bottom right
Go to Company Profile
Click Contact details
Click Edit
The following fields can be manage in this section
Contact number (mobile, landline, after hours number)
Email address (accounts and work request)
- Click + Addtional email to add more email address. Users can add up to 3 work email on the profile
Working hours
Working days
Click Save
