One of the most frequent actions that Service Providers will need to take is drafting and submitting quotes for Jobs. Service Providers can easily upload a Quote for new Jobs by going to the Jobs page.
Upload a Quote
Go to the Jobs page (wrench Icon)
Select the Job (the status will be Assigned, Quote Requested or Inspection Booked)
Choose 'Assign' to assign an employee to the Job
Click 'Upload Quote'
Select from Upload for Gallery or Upload File
Enter the Quote Details:
- Price
- Estimated Start Date
- Estimated Duration
Add a Note if there is more information to convey
Click Attach files to add images, videos or files (optional)
Click the 'Add Quote' button
The Quote will be sent to the Strata Manager for review. All Quotes will either be approved by a Strata Manager or sent to the committee for review. Service Providers will be notified of updates by email as progress is made for a particular Job.
