Occasionally certain jobs will require a Service Provider to request a deposit before the work starts or request progress payments to be made throughout the work process. A Service Provider can request these conditions through their quotes on the Jobs Portal.

Request a Deposit
Sign in to the app
Go to the Jobs
Select the Job
Click 'Upload Quote'
Enter the total price for the work (including GST)
6. Click '+ Progress payments'
Enter the deposit amount or the percentage of the final price
Note: the unpopulated field will automatically update based on the amount or percentage entered
Add the Estimated Start Date and Estimated Duration and the Quote PDF
Request Progress Payments
Sign in to the app
Go to the Jobs
Select the Job
Click 'Upload Quote'
Add the final price of the work (including GST)
Click '+ Progress payments'
On the Progress Payment section , enter the amount for the Progress payments and the Due Date
Click 'Add Payment' and repeat the process until the full price of the Quote is accounted for in the payments
Add the Estimated Start Date and Estimated Duration for the work
Add images, videos and files (optional)
Click 'Add Quote'
Once this has been saved, the Strata Manager will be sent the Quote, including any deposit and/or progress payment requirements. If the Quote is approved, a Service Provider can create multiple invoices per their requirements.
