It is important that Service Providers keep their Company Profile up-to-date. The Company Profile is visible to the entire network and helps sell services to Strata Managers looking to match Service Providers to Jobs.
Update Profile Information
Sign in to the app
Click the more icon on the bottom right
Select 'Company Profile'
Click the 'Edit Profile' button
Add or update the following information:
- Business name
- Company photo/logo
- Company size
- Description
- Trades
Click + Add trade to add more trade categories, select from the dropdown or enter the trade on the serch bar.
Click the bin icon to remove a trade category
Compliance
Licences and compliance certificicates like worker's compensation or public liability information can be viewed in the app.
To edit the information, users will need to log into the web portal.

Note: These details will be visible to the Strata Manager
Team Members
Registered users on the company profile can be viewed under the Team Member section.
To edit or invite new team members , users will need to log into the web portal.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions sections shows call out fee rate and charge for quotes.
Click the Edit button to update the rates on this field.
Services Area
Services are allows providers to add mulitple location for area they provide services.
Click edit to update this section.
Click the + sign to add additional locations
Service Providers should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
