Service Providers may decide to decline a Job if they're unavailable, the job is not within their service area or scope of trade or they don't agree with the deadline or budget.
Decline a Job
Go to Jobs
Select the relevant job
Click the 'Decline Job' button
Enter a reason and click Decline
The Strata Manager will receive an email notification that the Job was declined along with the reason provided by the Service Provider.
Service Providers should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
