How to switch to buildings managed by different Strata Organisations on the Mobile App for Owners

Note: This feature may not be available to all users. For more information, contact your Strata Manager.

Owners who have multiple buildings may have properties that are managed by different Strata Organisations. The Mobile App for Owners allows these users to easily switch between their buildings across different Organisations.

Switching to a Building managed by another Strata Organisation:

1. From the Home Page, click on the User icon

2. Select the Strata Organisation that manages the relevant property

3. Click the Building Icon on the bottom toolbar

4. Select the relevant building from the 'Plan Number' dropdown

This will take the user to the Building Profile for this property.
