If an Owner has forgotten their password, they may need to reset the password for the Mobile App.
When choosing a new password, avoid short or overly simple passwords, such as those that use common words, phrases or personal information. Do not reuse a password that has been used on another website.
Avoid setting a password when using a public WiFi connection.
Strong passwords are typically more than 12 characters and use uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers for added security.
If it's difficult to memorise a new password, save it to the browser or another Password Manager. Committee Members and Owners may instead choose to record it and keep it in a safe place.
Do not share account passwords with other users.
