How to Manage Levies in the Mobile App for Owners

Note: This feature may not be available to all users

Owners have access to Levies for their buildings within the Mobile App for Owners. Here they will be able to see a list of all their levies and can manage payments.

How to access Levy Notices

1. Login to the Mobile App

2. Click 'View all' next to the Levy Balance heading

3. Scroll down to see the Levy Balances for your lot/s.

From here, users are able to view details of their Levy Balances.

Levies List

Owners are able to see the levies list for their lots by clicking on the Levy Balance. These will be categorised under the 'Overdue', 'Upcoming' or 'Paid' headings.

Under each levy you will be able to see details such as:

• Due Date
• Levy Amount
• Interest amount (if Overdue)
• Description
• Payment Date (if Paid)

Clicking on a Levy will allow the user to preview the document. On this page, they can select 'Details' to view the Lot number and the building the levy is associated with.
