What is SMATA?
SMATA is an online platform that brings contractors, strata managers and committee members together and streamlines the way we conduct maintenance work into one simple and efficient system.
What are the benefits of using SMATA?
Save time:
Using SMATA reduces the amount of time you spend on admin and makes it easier and quicker to work with Strata Managers. Our platform also makes it easier to access job information by having all the details on your jobs in one place. These details include:
- Job specifications
- Images and videos
- Location
- Contact information for all parties involved, eg Strata Manager, On-site contacts, etc
- Updates and correspondence from these contacts.
Get paid faster:
SMATA's Invoice Processing system offers a streamlined approval process from the Strata Managers to Building Committees. Additionally, the customised platform manages works with transparency, having information such as calendar notifications, concise briefs, photos, videos, strata plans, reports and a past history available in one central location. Due to this, the usual bottlenecks associated with approvals and communication are minimised.
Access to SMATA's job network:
By completing your job process through SMATA, positive feedback collected from the stakeholders involved in the work order can be added to your profile and shared within our network. You will gain a work history visible to strata managers, and your profile will be made available to our growing network of over 2000 buildings and 3,500 committee members over multiple agencies in the Sydney basin.
Are there any charges?
No, there are no charges to complete the work order process through SMATA
