Service Providers that would like to close an account within the Jobs Portal can do so by contacting our Support Team.
We regret that we have not met your expectations to date, but hope that we can talk to you about this and learn more about why you've decide to close an account. It's possible that we can provide additional information which addresses your concerns and changes your mind about closing the account.
Service Providers that contact the Support Team will need to provide:
- Company Name
- Phone Number
- Please type 'Close My Account' in the description
Please note that any pending Work or Quote Requests will become inactive.
After a request is processed, the Company Profile for the Service Provider will be removed from the Jobs Portal and all work history will be deleted.
