Download a PDF of a Work or Quote Request

Service Providers can easily download a PDF of a Work or Quote Request in the Jobs Portal.  This is a good option for those who need a hard copy of a Work or Quote Request for their records.

Download a PDF of a Work or Quote Request

1. Sign in to the portal
2. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )

3. Select the Job

4. Click the 'Purchase Order PDF' button for a Work Request

5. Select 'Quote Request PDF' for a Quote Request

6. Click the 'Save' button

7. Open the PDF 

The PDF will show important information about the Job such as: 

• Supplier Details 
• Strata Management Company
• Strata Manager Details
• Access Contacts, including the Lot and Unit of the Building
• Invoice Details 
• Jobs Address
• Job Details

Since clicking a button will link to a particular page for the Job in the Jobs Portal,
Service Providers can use the interactive PDF to make updates more efficiently.

If it's a Work Request, there will be buttons for Schedule Inspection, Schedule Work, Add Invoice, Awaiting Materials, Awaiting Site Contact, Message Strata Manager or Decline Job.

If it's a Quote Request, there will be buttons for Schedule Inspection, Attach Quote, Message Strata Manager or Decline Job.

Service Providers can download files or images attached to the request by clicking the
'View Attachments' link under Job Details.

Service Providers may decide to print a copy for purposes of documentation.

Note: If the Strata Organisation indicates in Strata Master that they have Limited Liability under the Professional Standards Scheme then “Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation” will be displayed on all Work Order and Quote Request PDFs.
