The SFTP document upload tool is a powerful and convenient feature that can streamline the bulk document upload process for Organisation Admins.
By using this tool, Organisation Admins can easily upload large volumes of documents directly to their Document Management System so that they are available to their stakeholders.
Additionally, the SFTP document upload tool provides an easy-to-use interface that allows clients to track the status of their uploads.
To upload documents in bulk, follow these steps:
1. Add documents to the organisation's SFTP

2. Click the avatar in the top right corner and click ‘Document Import’.
3. Select the buildings that documents should be uploaded for.
Note: one or more buildings may be selected at one time.
The buildings selected should match a folder saved in the SFTP including the prefix. If the selected buildings do not match a folder the import will be unsuccessful.
4. Once the folders have been saved in the SFTP and the folder structure is correct, click ‘Import’.
5. Track the progress of the import, including how many have transferred to the server and how many have successfully imported.
6. Click ‘Details’ to view the details of the documents that have failed to be imported.
7. Click ‘+ New Import’ to import additional documents.
