Organisation Admins can bulk update file categories in the Document Management System.
This helps them save time and stay organised, especially if they are working with a lot of documents in the portal.
Bulk Update File Category
Go to the Document Management System (Documents Icon ) and select the files by clicking the checkboxes in the left column.
Click 'Bulk Actions' on the top right and select 'Change category of # documents'
This will open the 'Bulk Edit Category' pop up box where it displays all the selected Documents.
Users can click the arrow icon on the right to open up the document in a new tab.
Select the Category the documents will be updated to then click 'Update Category'.
Note: Only internal users are able to update categories, Committee Members and Owners should reach out to the Strata Manager if a file category needs to be updated in the portal.
