Organisation Admins can click on the Suggested File Name when uploading documents to the Document Management System (DMS) which will change the file name of the document to follow a common file naming convention.
If the documents are already uploaded to the portal, Organisation Admins can also update these file names in Bulk.
Bulk Update Suggested File Names
Go to the Document Management System (Documents Icon ) and select the files by clicking the checkboxes in the left column.
Click 'Bulk Actions' on the top right and select 'Apply Suggested Name of # Documents' from the dropdown.
In the Suggested Name box, they can edit the name of each document.
Once done, click Confirm to save the changes.
This will update all the files name for the documents that have been selected.
