Maintenance Integration with Strata Master

When new Work and Quote Requests are created in the Jobs Portal, a record is also created in the Diary section of Strata Master.

This integration allows the import of information about the Work or Quote Request into the Repairs and Maintenance module of Strata Master. 

Maintenance Integration 

When a Work Request is created, the job will appear in the Strata Master Diary with the same Title and Description as what was entered in the Jobs Portal.

Clicking the Work Order icon will take you to the Job Details tab of the Repair and Maintenance modal, where it will display the Job Description and the Site Contact Details.

Under the Work Order tab, illustrated will be who the assigned Contractor is, the date when the request was created, the due date, and the order status.

For a Quotation Request, the same information will come across and appear in the Strata Master Diary with the same Title and Description, however, the Quote Detail section is now available and is no longer greyed out.

The Quotes tab will show all the Contractors that have been requested to submit a quote.

Once the contractors have uploaded their quotes to the job portal, the status will change to Awaiting Approval and the date when it's been uploaded with now be added under Date Received. Also displayed is the Quotation amount.

If a quote has been approved in the Jobs Portal and the job description has been updated, the updated description will appear under "Job Description'.

The status on the Quotes section will also be updated showing which Quote has been approved with a status of 'Accepted' and those that have not been approved will show as 'Rejected'. 

Under the Work Order tab, it will reflect that the Work Order has been issued and assigned to the selected Contractor and the Order status is also updated to 'Sent'. This is also shown under Diary Record.

Once the job is closed in the Jobs Portal, the Completed Status will also appear under Work Order Status in Strata Master. If an invoice linked to the job is paid and the job is marked as Completed, this will also close the Diary Entry in Strata Master.
