Upload a Quote on Behalf of the Contractor

Service Providers will sometimes send a Quote by email instead of through the Portal. When this occurs, the Strata Manager should upload the Quote to the Portal on their behalf.

Upload a Quote on Behalf of the Contractor

1. Go to the Jobs page 

2. Select the job

3. Click the Upload Quote on the work summary page 

4. Enter the Price, Estimated Start Date and Estimated Duration

5. Attach images, videos or files (optional)

6.  Add a Note if there is more information to convey

7. Upload a PDF of the Quote or enter the URL for the Quote

When the Quote has been uploaded to the Portal, the Strata Manager can review it or send it to the Committee for approval.
