Select a Service Provider for a Job

Strata Managers can select a preferred Service Provider for a Job by going to the Contractors page.

When choosing a Service Provider, Strata Managers may consider the Quote Response Time, the number of Completed Jobs, the Average Response Time and the Rating.

Select a Service Provider

1. Go to the Contractors page (Man in Hardhat Icon)

2. Enter the Company Name or Owner, ABN or Email in the Search Bar 

3. Or, compare data for Service Providers listed 

4. Select a preferred Service Provider

5. Click the '+' button in the 'Create Job' column

6. Fill out the Work Request form

When the form is completed, click 'Submit Request' to send the request directly to the selected Service Provider.
