Owners and Committee Members can view and track Jobs related to their building from the Jobs page in the Portal. The Jobs page provides visibility into the progress of maintenance requests, quotes, inspections, and completed works, making it easy to stay informed and take action when required.
To access the Jobs page, users can select Jobs from the Portal navigation menu.
The Jobs page includes search and filtering tools that help Owners and Committee Members quickly locate relevant Jobs and understand their current status.

Special Markers
Special Markers allow Owners and Committee Members to quickly filter Jobs based on their involvement or actions that may require attention.
For My Approval
Displays Jobs that currently require approval from the Committee or authorised Owner.
Examples include:
- Quotes awaiting approval
- Additional works requiring authorisation
- Requests requiring a decision before work can proceed
Created By Me
Displays Jobs that were originally raised by the logged-in user.
This filter is useful for tracking requests submitted by the user and monitoring their progress.
Search Bar
The Search Bar allows users to quickly locate Jobs by searching for information related to the request.
Users can search using:
- Job Reference Number
- Building Plan Number
- Job Title
- Service Provider Name
- Request Description

Status Filter
The Status Filter helps users view Jobs based on their current stage in the workflow.
By default, the Jobs page displays Active jobs excluding those that are Completed, Cancelled or Closed. The 'All' filter will show all assigned Jobs, including those that are Completed, Cancelled or Closed.
Plan Number Filter
The Plan Number Filter allows users to narrow results to a specific building or plan number.
This is particularly useful for Committee Members who have access to multiple buildings or plans within the Portal.
Date Updated Filter
The Date Updated Filter enables users to display jobs that have been updated within a selected date range.
This can be used to:
- Review recent activity
- Find recently updated requests
- Track progress during a specific period
Job List Overview
Each Job displayed in the list provides a summary of important information.
Information shown includes:

Selecting a Job opens the detailed Job view where additional information, messages, quotes, invoices, and work updates can be viewed.
The Jobs page provides a central location for Owners and Committee Members to monitor maintenance requests, approve quotes, and stay informed about work being completed within their building.
