Committee members and voters may request for adjustments in the quote submitted by service providers.
To request for adjustments they may follow the steps below.
1. Click on the link to the Voting page for the job.
2. . Click 'Request Adjustment' tab.
3. Enter the reason for the adjustment and click SEND.
This will notify the contractor and will prompt them to revise the quote they have sent.
This will also reset the previous votes and committee members and voters will need to vote again once an updated quote has been resubmitted.
