Committee Members and Owners can easily submit a service request for their building by filling out an online form. This can be found by clicking the 'Create Work Request' button on the Building Profile.
Note: This feature may not be available to all users
Work Request Form
When filling out the form, Committee Members and Owners will provide the following information:
Hazard/Risk Notification
If a request involves a hazard or risk, select "YES" and enter the hazard/risk details in the Description Field (required). Then answer the 'notification' and the 'make safe' action questions.
Request Details
- Title
- Job Description
- If the issue is in the common area or in their apartment
- Attach images, videos or files (optional)
- Contact Details
- Including Name, Phone Number and Email
- Inspection Details

- Site Contacts
- Either themselves (i.e. Site Contact is above)

Once submitted, the request will be sent to the Strata Manager for the building. After the Strata Manager has reviewed the Work Request, they can:
- Send the Work Request to a Service Provider
- Request more information
- Identify the Work Request as not Strata-related
- Send the Work Request to the Committee to vote for approval
Committee Members and Owners will be emailed a link to a public page for the Job where they can track its progress. Another way to stay aware of any updates is by looking for the Job under 'Upcoming Work' on the Buildings page.
All Building Contacts will be notified of the Service Provider that a Strata Manager has chosen for a Work or Quote Request.
The following information will be emailed to all Building Contacts for a Job:
- Service Provider's Company Name
- Service Provider's First and Last Name
- Service Provider's Phone Number
If there are questions regarding a Work Request, contact the Service Provider directly.
For those interested in receiving notifications for a Work Request, contact the Strata Manager to be added as a Building Contact.
For more information, please see Functions and Features of the Public Page.
Committee Members and Owners should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
