How to View the Voting Page

When Committee Members review a Quote, Strata Managers can go to the Voting page to view detailed information and messages on the Discussion Board. 

If the Quote is approved, the Service Provider can begin work. If the Quote is rejected, the Service Provider can resubmit a new Quote based on any feedback.

View the Voting Page

Strata Managers can view the Voting page from the Work Summary page of any Job with a status of 'Awaiting Committee Approval'. Click the 'Voting Page' on the Work Summary page.

The Quote voting panel displays all pending quotes for a job. Key elements include:

Voting Status: Shows how many of the assigned voters have cast their vote (e.g., 0/3 users have voted).

Job Page Shortcut: Click Job page to open full job details in a new tab.

Messaging Providers : Strata Managers can use the Message provider button to send direct messages regarding their quote submission. This is useful for:

• Requesting clarifications or revisions

• Asking for breakdowns or alternative pricing

History Log

The History log offers a timeline of outbound communications related to the job. Each entry lists who received the email, their address, subject line, and the timestamp

Using the Managers + Voters Live Chat

The Managers + Voters Live Chat is designed to streamline internal communication during the quote review process. You can find this feature on the right-hand panel of the job page.

Click the Join live chat button to enter the conversation thread. Once inside, you can exchange messages with all participating voters and managers.

Note: This chat is visible only to authorised users involved in the voting process.

Building Details

The Building details section provides the address where the job is being carried out.

Job Details

Under the Job details section, you’ll find key information about the job request:

Request Details

The Request details panel outlines any budget or timing constraints associated with the job. If a price limit hasn’t been set, it will display as N/A. The due date and any additional context or custom instructions will appear in the description field.

Vote Overview Panel 

During the committee review process for quotes, the Voters Panel provides a transparent overview of all participants, their voting status, and quick filtering options.

You can find all supporting documents under the Attachments section, organised by file type.
