How to Download and Share Files, Images and Videos 

Uploading files, images and videos to a Job will help Strata Managers be successful in managing the work that needs to be done for a Building. Besides contributing to the potential efficiency of their work, this content is useful to have on record for a Job.

After a Service Provider has uploaded these files, Strata Managers can easily download and share them.

Download and Share Files, Images and Videos

1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )

2. Select the Job

3. On the right side panel, scroll down to Attachments 

4. Click the three-dot menu (︙) next to a file to reveal options:

• Download – Save the file to your device.

• Share via email – Quickly send the file through your default mail client.
  
  

Note: Each file type has a unique icon
