How Service Providers are added to the Portal

There are two methods for adding Service Providers to the Jobs Portal:

1. Imported from the Strata Organisation's Strata Master Database

2. Sign Up directly through the Registration page

3. Manually Invite Service Providers when creating a Request 

Imported from Strata Master

Australian Organisations

For Service Providers to be imported, the portal requires an ABN (Australian Business Number) to be added to the contractor in Strata Master. Contractors that do not have an ABN will not be imported to the portal.

When a new contractor is added to Strata Master, they will automatically import to the portal within 10mins and can be sent an invitation.

New Zealand Organisations

For Service Providers that are from New Zealand, a GST Number or a unique email address is required. GST Number is used first, but if the contractor is not GST registered, they must have an email address in Strata Master to be imported to the portal. 

When a new contractor is added to Strata Master, they will automatically import to the portal within 10mins and can be sent an invitation.

Registration Page

Alternatively, Australian Service Providers can also register themselves through the Register as a Service Provider form on the login page. 

Service Providers from New Zealand must be invited to sign up to the Jobs Portal by a Strata Organisation using the Portal. They can reach out to the Strata Organisation directly to receive an invitation and start managing their jobs. 

Invite Providers from a Work Order 

Users can manually add a Service Provider to a job, even if they are not yet in the portal.

When creating a work order, on the Add Trade modal, enter the Business Number/GST,  the Company Name and their Email Address then click Invite Provider. 

Once added, Service Providers will be sent an invitation to sign up.
