When an email notification is sent to Service Providers or Owners & Committee Members, the Strata Organisation's branding is in the header and footer attributes of the email.
Organisations can also setup custom email details where they can choose the 'from' and 'reply to' email addresses for emails sent on behalf of their organisation.

Custom Email Details
Organisations can customise their From Name, From Email, and Reply-To Email. This is what will be visible to email recipients in order to maintain the brand identity of the organisation.
To set up custom email details, please contact support and advise the required email details for your organisation.
Owner Invitation Email
This template can be customised for each Organisation. Default templates are available and custom templates can be created. These templates can be used to create Automations.

Note: If the Strata Organisation indicates in Strata Master that they have Limited Liability under the Professional Standards Scheme then 'Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation' will be displayed on all emails sent on behalf of the Organisation.
