Share Quotes With Committee Members and Contacts

After a Service Provider has uploaded a Quote to the Portal, Strata Managers can share the Quotes directly from the request with Committee Members and other contacts for review and approval. 

Sharing quotes direct from the Portal saves time when you're working on many jobs. 

Share Quotes 

1. Go to the Jobs page

2. Select the job

3. On the Work Summary page, click the drop-down arrow beside the 'View Quote' 



4. Select 'Share via Email'

The Quote will be attached to an email and sent to the committee for approval.
