Organisation Admins can customise the 'Building Services' menu to feature important links or documents for an assigned Building.
Quick access links allow Building Contacts to access useful services directly from the Building Profile.
Add Quick Access Links and Documents to Building Services
Under 'Building Services', Organisation Admins can manage the most important information and documents for their properties, including links to forms needed by owners.
The 'Building Services' drop-down menu appears on the Building Profile.
Organisation Admins can add a link or document per Plan Number or it can visible to the whole Organisation.
To add a link or document globally, click the User Avatar on the top right and go to 'Settings' then scroll down to Building Services.
Click '+ Add Documents' to link files or '+ Add Links' to link URLs. Any linked files or URLs added under this tab will appear on the 'Building Services' menu and will be visible to all the users of the organisation.
To add a link or document per Plan Number, go to the Buildings page by clicking the Buildings Icon on the toolbar. Select the Building then click the Plan Number.
The Building Settings page will open. This is where the quick access links and documents can be added.
A second way to go to the Building Settings page is through the Jobs page. Click the Wrench Icon on the toolbar then select the Job. Click the three dots on the right of the row and select 'View building page' to open Building Settings.
On the Building Settings page, select the 'Building Services' tab.
Click '+ Add Documents' to link files or '+ Add Links' to link URLs. Any linked files or URLs added under this tab will appear on the 'Building Services' menu.
When the 'Document' window opens, enter the Name and the URL then click 'Save'.
The link will now appear on the 'Building Services' menu for stakeholders who have access to the Building Profile for the Plan.
