When a Job is raised, Committee Members and Owners can follow the progress through their access to the Public Page. This page provides important information about the Job and allows Committee Members and Owners to keep track of any recent developments with the maintenance work.
View the Public Page
Strata Managers can view the Public Page for a Job by going to the Jobs page. Find the Job then click the three dots on the right of the row and select 'View Public Page' from the drop-down menu.
Information on the Public page includes:
- Job ID

Job Title
- Note: A danger icon
next to the request description indicates jobs that involve hazards or risks.
- Note: A danger icon
- Job Description
- Address
- Images, Videos and FilesStrata Management Company
- Strata Manager, Building Manager and Support Manager assigned to the Job
- Site Contact Details visible to the Service Provider
- On-Site Contacts for Emergencies

Disruption Notice
If there's a Disruption Notice attached to the Job, it will appear on the Public Page. A description of the disruption will be provided along with the dates and times, name of the Service Provider and date and time that the notice was last updated.
Any file added by the Service Provider will appear under 'Attachments' with a preview of the file name and date it was attached. Strata Managers may view and download any files attached to the Disruption Notice.
Important Documents
Important Documents are listed above the Status Timeline. Each Important Document will have a file name, time and date of when it was added.
Click the linked file name to download the file.
Status Timeline
The Status Timeline shows the time, date and description of all events listed on the Job History Log. It will show any changes in Job status, any updates for a Job and emails sent to the Service Provider or to Committee Members for approval.
Since the Status Timeline automatically updates to log every action taken for the Job, it's a useful tool for Strata Managers to regularly check.
Links will appear next to an event logged on the Status Timeline for emails, Work or Quote Requests, Invoices and other files. Strata Managers can click a link on the Status Timeline to preview the file or to download a printer-friendly copy of certain files like a Work Request. Site Contacts and Building Contacts can also download these files.
Job Notes
Under 'Job Notes', important notes from the Strata, Building or Support Manager and Service Providers will be listed chronologically.
Building Notes
Under 'Building Notes', important notes for the Building will be listed chronologically.
Preferred Contractors for the Building
Preferred Contractors will show a list of Service Providers that the Owner of the Building prefers to do business with. A Company Name, ABN, Trade Category, Email and Phone Number will be listed for each Service Provider.
Strata Managers can look under the 'Quoting' column to quickly see how many Jobs the Service Provider has quoted for the Building or under the 'Average Response Time' column to see how many hours it typically will take for the Service Provider to respond to a request.
