If you're a Strata Manager, you can view and add notes for a Building on the Building Settings page.
You can use notes to keep track of important details and create reminders without needing to switch apps. Notes reduce the need for emails and streamline communication.

Accessing Notes
1. Go to the Jobs page - Wrench Icon
2. Select the Job
3. Click the three dots in the right of the row then select 'View building page'
4. Or, go to the Buildings page - Buildings Icon
5. Select the Building by clicking the Plan Number
6. On the Building Settings page, click the 'Notes' tab
Adding Notes
1. Enter a Subject and Note
2. Click 'Browse to upload' to add any images, videos or files
Note: Files can also be added by dragging and dropping them
3. Select the 'Type' of Note, either 'Internal' or 'Public Page'
- 'Internal' notes will remain private
- 'Public Page' notes will appear on the Public Page of a Job (visible to anyone with the page's URL link)
4. Select 'Add'
