View the Building Status for a Plan
Building statuses show the current status of Plans managed by the Organisation. These statuses are sourced from Strata Master and transferred to the Portal.
A Building can be either 'Active' or 'Not Managed'.
If the Building status is 'Active', the Plan is currently being managed by the Strata Organisation.
If the Building status is 'Not Managed', the Plan is either new to the database and not yet active or no longer managed by the Organisation.

View the Building Status on the Buildings Page
Strata Managers can view the Building status on the Building page by clicking the
Building Icon on the toolbar. Check the 'Status' column to see if a Building is 'Active' or
'Not Managed'.
View the Building Status on the Building Profile
Strata Managers can check the building status from the Building Profile by clicking the Building Icon on the toolbar and selecting a building from the list. When the Building Profile opens, the status will be displayed with a green icon next to the plan number or building name.
If the Building status is 'Not Managed', the address on the buildings page will not be linked to a building Profile.
View the Building Status When Uploading a File
Strata Managers can easily determine the Building Status when uploading a file.
If the Building status is 'Active', the Plan can be selected to assign to the new file.
If the Building status is 'Not Managed', the Plan will appear grey and can't be selected for new files.
Invoice Extraction
When an invoice of a 'Not Managed' Plan is sent for extraction, the extraction process will fail. Invoices cannot be uploaded for a Plan with a 'Not Managed' status.
Strata Managers should contact us with any further questions regarding this process.
