All updates to Jobs in the Portal are recorded on the Log of the Work Summary page. Certain actions trigger email and in-app notifications to update stakeholders of status changes, progress or delays.
Service Providers are notified of new Work and Quote Requests. Site Contacts receive advanced notice of any inspections or work scheduled. Building Contacts are informed if a Job is placed 'On Hold' or is closed. Committee Members and Owners receive requests to vote on whether a Quote should be approved.
These are just a few examples, among many possibilities, of when different users receive notifications.
View the Log
Strata Managers can view the Log by going to the Work Summary page. The Log will appear under the 'Trade Category'. If a Job has multiple Trade Categories, there will be multiple Logs.
All actions and updates will be listed on the Log, including when emails were sent, the names of the recipients, the title of the email, the Plan Number and a 'Preview' link.
Preview an Email
To preview an email, hover the cursor over the 'Preview' link and an image of the email will appear.
