Edit a Review for a Service Provider

Building Contacts and other stakeholders can submit a review for a Service Provider after they've completed a Job. Reviews are an opportunity to provide feedback on work ethic, customer service and performance.

Unfortunately, reviews can't be edited after they've been submitted. All reviews are shared with Service Providers and posted to the Company Profile, so it's important that the feedback is accurate and constructive. 

If a review should be deleted, please submit a ticket and the Support team will assist.
