After Service Providers complete a Job, Building Contacts and other stakeholders receive a survey that allows them to provide a rating. Ratings are based on measurable criteria that help to ensure all Service Providers in the network are reputable, competitively priced and complete the work within the time frame outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). This rating is not visible to the public and can only be seen by Service Providers and Strata Organisation employees.
Building Contacts and other stakeholders may also submit a review for the Service Provider. Reviews are more subjective and allow the stakeholder to provide feedback on work ethic, customer service and performance.
The number of Building Contacts who have submitted a review will be shown next to the rating on the Company Profile.
Submit a Review
After a Job is completed, the Building Manager will receive an email requesting feedback.
Complete the form and make sure the review is correct. Reviews can't be edited after they've been submitted, so it's important to write it correctly the first time.
When the review has been verified, click 'Submit'.
The review will be shared with the Service Provider and appear on the Company Profile.
