Strata Managers can make updates to a Work or Quote Request on the Work Summary page.
They can add or change information for Issue Details, Inspection Details, Site Contacts, Building Contacts to Receive Notification and Managers or Staff to Receive Notifications.
Update a Work or Quote Request
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the Job
3. Click the three dots on the top of the Work Summary page
4. Select 'Edit' from the drop-down menu
5. Review Issue Details and make any changes needed
6. Click 'Update Request'
The Work or Quote Request will be updated immediately based on the selection. The Service Provider will receive email and in-app notifications to let them know that the request has been updated.
