After a Service Provider has uploaded a Quote in the Portal, Strata Managers can view, download and approve it on behalf of the Building Committee.
Approve a Quote
1. Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
2. Select the job
3. Click the 'Approve' button
4. Select the Quote to approve
5. Enter the updated Job Description in the box
6. Enter a Message for the Service Provider
7. Click 'Approve' then click 'Confirm'
An email notification will be sent to the Service Provider letting them know that the Quote has been approved. The Strata Manager should then create a Work Request for the Job.
Note: Service Providers who submitted quotes that weren't approved will be notified that their request has been cancelled.
Alternatively, Building Managers can send the Quote to the Committee for review and approval.
