Add a New Task Using the Tasks Feature
The Tasks page provides a centralised view of all task assignments, statuses, and related documents. This feature is designed to help users easily track, manage, and action tasks across their portfolio.
To access the Task page, click the arrow button located at the bottom right of the screen to open the right side panel.
Then click on the Task icon.

Overview of the Tasks Page
Utilise the search bar to locate a specific task
Each task in the list displays the following key details:

Task Name – A brief title for the task.

Plan Number – Building the task is related to.

Due Date – The deadline for the task (sortable).
-
Assignee – The person(s) responsible for completing the task.

Subject – The context or associated file, request, or report.
-
Reminder Date – A secondary notification to prompt action.

Status – Displays whether the task is Overdue, Due Today, Upcoming, Completed, or Deleted.

Created By – Shows who created the task.
Task Filters
Use the filters on the left panel to narrow down task results:

Status – Filter tasks by their current progress.

Plan Number – Search tasks by their associated building.
-
Assigned To – Filter by the team member assigned to the task.

Created By – Locate tasks based on their creator.

Subject Type – Filter based on the linked subject type, for example, jobs or documents.

Date – Narrow tasks by due dates.
Creating a New Task
To create a new task click + Task on the top right of the page
Enter Task Details
At the top of the form, enter a short, clear description of the task in the input field.
Plan No
Click "Select plan no." to link the task to the relevant building.
Due Date
Select the date by which the task should be completed by.
Assignee
Click "Assign task" to choose the person(s) responsible for completing the task.
Subject
Select a subject to provide context, for example, associated job, document, or invoice topics.
Reminder
Set a reminder date to prompt the assignee on or before the due date.
Created By
Displays the name of the user creating the task. This field is auto-filled.
Files
Click "Upload files" to attach any supporting documents such as PDFs, images, or spreadsheets.
Internal Notes (Optional Tab)
Navigate to the Internal Notes tab to add private comments or internal-only context. These notes will not be visible to external parties or providers.
