Jobs will have multiple Purchase Orders or Job IDs when there is more than one Work or Quote Request on the Work Summary page.
Strata Managers can add new requests in the same or different Trade Categories to a Job using the 'Add New Request' feature.
Add a New Work or Quote Request
Go to the Jobs page (Wrench Icon )
Select the Job
Click '+New Request' on the Work Summary page
Send request to provider/s
Choose from 'Assign to provider' or 'Request quotes'
Select the provider by choosing from the list of providers within the service area field or search by name on the search bar
Note: If the Service Provider is NOT within the Service Area for the Quote Request, they will not appear in the list of results.
Once a provider has been selected click 'Add Provider'
Add or update the Request description field
Choose whether to send a notification about the request description to the provider
Job Time Frame
Select the Time Frame
Enter the Date of Commencement
Choose whether to disable the Time Out feature
Note: The Date of Commencement will not appear until the time frame for completion of the Job has been selected.
Request options (optional)
If 'Work Request' was selected, set a Price Limit and add GL code.
Click the checkbox if the price limit will be shared with providers.
Click 'Create request'
When the new request has been created, it will trigger an email to notify selected
Service Providers, Committee Members and any Internal Contacts of the update.
