All Service Providers in Strata Master are imported to the Portal.
There will be a status for each Service Provider listed on the Providers page.
These statuses help Strata Managers instantly identify whether Service Providers are available and actively using the Portal.
Service Provider Statuses
Service Provider statuses will differ depending on whether the Provider is currently using the Portal to manage Jobs. Each status has a unique colour and meaning.
To check the status of a Service Provider, click the Providers Icon to go to the Providers page. Then look for the 'Status' section.
To filter the results to Service Providers that are actively using the Portal, click the All Statuses drop-down and select 'Active'.
Green for 'Active'
These Service Providers have signed in to the Portal and are actively using their account.
Blue for 'Invited'
These Service Providers have either been sent an email invite manually or been assigned to a Work or Quote Request by a Strata Manager. Service Providers with this status have not yet activated their account.
Grey for 'Imported'
These Service Providers have been imported to the Portal but haven't been invited to use the system. If a Strata Manager assigns a Job to a Service Providers with this status, they will be sent an invite and can activate their Portal account.
Red for 'Deactivated/Invalid/Suspended'
These Service Providers previously activated their account but are inactive or have decided to revoke their affiliation. Do not assign jobs to Service Providers with this status.
