Functions and Features of the Contractors Page and Company Profile
Strata Managers can view information and data for all Providers on the Providers page. They can also invite new or inactive Providers to create a Portal account and assign Work or Quote Requests directly from the page.
Strata Managers can find Providers in numerous ways including the Search Bar and filtering information like Statuses, Trades and Ratings.
The Provider Profile presents detailed account and performance information for the Provider.

How Providers are added to the Portal
Providers are either imported to the Portal from Strata Master or they register for a Portal account themselves.
If a Strata Manager can't find a Provider in the database but requires them for a Work or Quote Request, they should add the Provider to Strata Master as a new creditor. The contact information will be imported to the Portal within 10 minutes.
All Providers that are actively receiving work within the Portal should have a status of 'Active'.
If a Work or Quote Request is sent to a Contractor with a status of 'Imported' or 'Invited', an invitation email will be sent to the Provider with the request.
Information on the Providers Page
The Providers page allows Strata Managers to browse the database of Contractors and compare available data like their average response time to Quotes, the number of Jobs they've completed, and the average response time to communications and their rating.
To go to the Providers page, click the Providers icon () in the toolbar.
For each provider, their company name will be listed along with their Business Number, compliance information, and trade.
The Time Out Probability column indicates the percentage of jobs the contractor has worked on that have timed out.
The number of jobs the contractor is currently quoting on, along with their average quote response rate, will be displayed under Quoting.
The number of assigned, open, and completed jobs will be shown, along with the average response time for communications within the portal.
Contractors will also receive a rating between one and five stars.
The Status column will display the contractor’s current status, which may be Invited, Imported, Active, or Deactivated.
Searching
Strata Managers can use the Search Bar to find pertinent information for Contractors:
- Search by Company Name
- Search by Business Number OR
- Search by Owner
The information on the Providers page can also be filtered using the options on the left side of the screen.
Preferred
Users can apply the 'Preferred' filter to display only the organisation's preferred providers.
Status Filters
Status Filters allows Strata Managers to view all Providers with a particular status. Status Filters default to 'All', which shows all Providers, including those that are Imported, Invited, Active, and Deactivated.
Active - Select 'Active' to see all Providers currently using the Portal.
Deactivated - These Providers previously activated their profiles but are inactive or have decided to revoke their affiliation.
Invited - These Providers have not yet completed the sign-up process. Strata Managers can resend the invitation by clicking the three dots and selecting 'Resend Invitation'.
Imported - Select 'Imported' to view all Providers that have been imported from Strata Master to the Portal but haven't yet been invited to created a Portal account.
Click the three dots and select 'Invite' to send an email invitation to an Imported Provider. The status will change from 'Imported' to 'Invited'.
Business number status
Filter the screen to show valid or invalid Business Numbers (ABN or GST Numbers).
Source
The page can be filtered by Provider Source - either imported from Strata Master or linked to external resources.
Trade
Filter by Trade Category to show Providers that have nominated a particular trade. Providers may nominate more than one trade.
Rating
The ratings are based on feedback collected through a survey sent to Building Contacts after a job is completed. The survey allows them to rate the Provider involved in the job.
Provider Profile
Providers can add extra details to their account to appear on the Provider Profile.
To access a Provider Profile, click on their name from the Providers page.
Overview of the Provider Profile
When a Provider Profile is opened you can view the basic details. To view more details, click on the arrows next to each heading.
Contacts
Contact details of the Provider are listed in this field. This includes their contacts details from Strata Master under the 'Strata Master' tab.
The 'External' tab shows the contact details that the Provider manages themselves through profile activation. This includes their After Hours Phone and Email, along with the Accounts Email and Phone.
Summary
This area shows data from previous jobs that the Provider has completed. This data can help Strata Managers select Providers for a job by presenting measurable criteria that is easy to compare.
Quoting - The number of quote requests that a Provider has open or has submitted but are still in consideration.
Team Size - The number of team members.
Open Jobs - The number of jobs in progress.
Quote Response Rate - The percentage of quote requests the Provider has responded to.
Completed Jobs - The number of completed jobs.
Rate - The Provider's rate per hour.
Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions section details how much the Provider charges for actioning requests, including their call out fee, rate per hour, and how much they charge to quote.
Service Area
The Service Area is the geographic area in which a Provider is willing to conduct their services. Providers choose a radius from a designated point on a map to indicate their service area.
With the Service Area feature, Strata Managers can ensure that jobs are assigned to providers within the service area of their managed buildings.
Compliance Details
Switch between Licences and Insurances to view details about each item.
Recent Jobs
View recent Jobs assigned to the Provider.
Select View all to view all Jobs assigned to the Provider over time.
Reviews
Site Contacts are invited to submit a review once a Job has been completed for their Building. They can provide a star rating and an optional comment about the Provider's work.
All reviews for the Provider can be viewed here.
Team
All the team members of the provider will be listed under the 'Team Members' section. Providers can assign any Team Member to a Work or Quote Request.
The name of each Team Member will be provided along with their role, contact number, email address, level of access and status.
Buildings
All buildings where this Provider is listed as Preferred Tradesperson in Strata Master are show here.
Building information includes the Plan Number, Address, Strata Manager and Agency (Strata Organisation).
